Terms & Conditions

When you place an order you choose a store and a pick-up day from today up to seven days ahead. Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item becomes unavailable, a price was shown in error, or the store cannot prepare the order on the chosen day. If that happens we will contact you and refund any amount you have paid for the affected items.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices and menu items may change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

Depending on the options available at checkout, you can pay online by card or pay in store when you collect your order. Online card payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

Please collect your order from the store you selected, on your chosen pick-up day and during that store’s opening hours. Bring your order number or the name used for the order.

Our food is freshly prepared. If an order is not collected on the selected day, we may not be able to keep it and it may not be refundable, except where required by law. If you are running late, please call the store.

To change or cancel an order, contact the store you selected as early as possible. We will do our best to help; once preparation has started we may not be able to change or refund the order.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something is wrong with your order — for example a missing item or a product that is not of acceptable quality — please tell the store or email us as soon as possible (ideally on the same day) with your order number and, if possible, a photo.

We will offer a replacement, credit or refund as appropriate. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind once food has been prepared.

Promotions and specials are available while stocks last, for the dates shown, and cannot be combined unless stated. We may end a promotion at any time.

Photos and descriptions are for illustration. All content on this website, including our logo, text and images, belongs to Empanadas Factory or is used with permission and may not be copied without our consent.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

We collect your name, phone number and email to process and communicate about your order. We use them only for that purpose and as described in our privacy policy, and we do not sell your personal information.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
